We guarantee Live arrival of your fish.

In the event of DOA (dead on arrival)

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery

with a picture of any lost fish for replacement.

We do not offer refunds

We are more than happy to replace your product

with comparable product or store credit.

Shipping provided by UPS Next Day Air

Orders are available for pickup in Central Ohio

Shipping cost is $60 flat rate shipping

Shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays

Orders placed before 7pm on Mondays and Wednesdays

will ship following day.

All other orders will be shipped out on next shipment.
